Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly with medium voltage systems.
• Knowledge of data center design, NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA safety standards.
• Experience as a Field Service Representative or with NETA testing agencies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and control schematics.
• Hands-on experience in electrical distribution system design and commissioning.
• Familiarity with SCCAF reports and arc flash studies.
• Strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams on electrical design for data centers.
• Oversee construction and commissioning of electrical systems from high voltage to low voltage.
• Work with various stakeholders to ensure installation quality and adherence to schedule.
• Manage all aspects of power system issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and develop electrical schematics and testing protocols.
• Support design and review of medium voltage duct bank systems and cable pulls.
• Inspect medium voltage terminations and coordinate installation requirements.
• Generate scopes of work for infrastructure upgrades and liaise with global teams.
• Support project budgets, proposals, and resource assignments.
• Contribute to the development of standards and documentation of lessons learned.
