Job Title: SME Computer User Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Mano Lani LLC is seeking an experienced Computer User Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for GIS applications, business systems, and related technology. This position will serve as a senior resource for troubleshooting complex user issues, coordinating technical activities, and helping project teams successfully implement and support technology solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support for GIS applications, databases, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot software, configuration, access, data, and user issues.
• Provide technical guidance to users and project team members.
• Coordinate technical activities and help ensure project requirements are completed on schedule.
• Assist with software upgrades, system changes, and application implementations.
• Develop user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical documentation.
• Work with system administrators, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other support personnel as needed.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, GIS, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Significant experience providing technical or application support.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting GIS or other enterprise applications.• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced experience with Esri ArcGIS applications.
• Experience supporting GIS databases or enterprise GIS environments.
• Previous experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert.
• Experience developing technical documentation and user procedures.
• Experience working with government or large enterprise customers.

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
