Chase serves over 7 million small businesses in the US, and you will have the opportunity to define and launch financial tools to help small businesses gain more control over their finances and time.

Job Summary: As a Senior Associate of Business Financial Tools, in Small Business Card, you will lead discovery, research, and development of a new product capability focused on how small businesses manage and track their credit card spend and expenses. Leveraging customer feedback, user research, data, and market insights, you will identify customer problems, define requirements, and deliver innovative solutions at pace in partnership with design, architecture, and engineering teams across the card organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer problems, identify target segments, and define effective solutions for the small business card customer experience and expense management
  • Develop the product strategy and write requirements and epics to support product development in coordination with UX/CX designers, architects, and engineering partners[SU3]
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive analysis, and business goals to inform and drive prioritization decisions
  • Champion new ideas across key customer journeys to increase satisfaction and engagement while ensuring consistency across channels
  • Define, communicate, and manage feature prioritization with a clear focus on user and business value and trade-offs
  • Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met, setting and managing expectations through clear written and oral communication


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 3+ years in product management developing products and launching customer-facing capabilities at scale
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirement definition, epic creation, acceptance criteria development, and delivery planning
  • You build strong partnerships across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Servicing to drive alignment, execution, and successful product launches
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both business and technical stakeholders and leadership
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex business processes
  • Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and AI-powered productivity tools


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • You understand how small businesses manage their books and can build tools that meet their needs
  • You have passion for small business customer experiences demonstrated through shipped products that measurably resolved business owner pain points
  • You have experience working with optical character recognition (OCR), machine learning, or AI technologies to extract, classify, and enrich data from unstructured inputs
  • You have a track record of using experimentation and testing to drive product decisions, with specific examples of experiments that changed product direction or challenged initial assumptions
