Technical skills: - SiteKiosk Online administration and on-prem-to-SaaS migration experience (2+ years, ideally with a prior migration project)
- Windows 10/11 endpoint/kiosk lockdown management (5+ years)
- Microsoft Entra ID/MFA/SSO integration, for Workday self-service (3+ years)
- Infrastructure migration planning/cutover (3+ years)
- Network/security troubleshooting - DNS, proxy, firewall, VPN (4+ years)
Soft skills: - Team player
- Vendor and stakeholder coordination
- Good verbal and written communication skills
