Role Description & ResponsibilitiesAs an Industry Process Consultant, you will provide pre- and post-sales technical support for Dassault Systèmes simulation tools, developing Proof-of-Concepts and end-to-end workflows to solve complex engineering challenges for clients across core industries.
- Apply expertise in CAE analysis on technologies such as finite element analysis (FEA) and process automation
- Demonstrate knowledge of complete, end-to-end industry workflows (from modeling to post-processing) for the Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment, and Marine & Offshore industries
- Perform simulations using Abaqus, ANSYS, Nastran, CATIA Analysis, or other commercial FEA simulation packages
- Leverage proficiency in continuum and fracture mechanics, composite material analysis, and constitutive material modeling
- Utilize pre/post-processing software including Abaqus/CAE, HyperMesh, SOLIDWORKS, and similar tools
- Apply programming languages such as Python, Fortran, Visual Basic, or similar scripting for automation and customizing tools
- Integrate one or more advanced disciplines, including AI/ML, DOE, Optimization, Stochastics, and Six Sigma, into simulation workflows
Qualifications- Master's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline
- Domestic travel 25% +/-
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working in the Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment, or Marine & Offshore industries
- Strong capability in FEA workflows, script-based process automation, and simulation software tools
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, adapt to customer requirements, and handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both individually and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to discuss complex technical topics with stakeholders across varying levels of engineering and IT knowledge

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $141400 and $166200, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
