Overview:We are seeking a Siebel Architect with strong experience in Siebel CRM architecture, development, and application optimization, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, strong architectural leadership capabilities, and exposure to modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:- Lead the design and architecture of Siebel CRM applications and enterprise integrations.
- Strong Siebel development background with hands-on experience in configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with DB2 to Oracle migration is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Siebel Application Optimizer and performance optimization is preferred.
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, development, integration, and modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Banking/Financial Services processes and applications.
- Knowledge of AI/Generative AI concepts and their application in enterprise systems.
- Preferred experience with NetO and related Siebel environments.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and infrastructure teams to define scalable and secure solutions.
- Guide development teams and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and coding standards.
