SharePoint Data Integration Analyst(This not a remote position, and the candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to the corporate office in San Antonio, TX)
As our
SharePoint Data Integration Analyst, you'll play a key role in connecting people, processes, and data across the organization. You'll serve as a trusted partner to leaders throughout Operations, Clinical, Finance, HR, and other departments-helping them access meaningful information, improve decision-making, and drive business results.
You'll also oversee and enhance Touchstone's SharePoint intranet and external collaboration sites, helping create a seamless and engaging digital experience for our teams.What You'll Do:- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand reporting, analytics, and business needs.
- Translate business questions into meaningful dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Data Management team to ensure successful project outcomes.
Drive Data & Reporting Initiatives- Lead reporting and data integration projects from initial intake through implementation and delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, and communication plans.
- Provide leadership with accurate project updates and progress reporting.
Create Insightful Dashboards & Reports- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
- Transform complex data into clear, user-friendly visualizations that support informed decision-making.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting quality before delivery.
Manage Touchstone's SharePoint Environment- Serve as administrator and site owner for Touchstone's SharePoint intranet and external sites.
- Maintain site structure, navigation, permissions, content organization, and overall site health.
- Partner with departmental champions to keep content current, useful, and engaging.
- Support governance, user access, and best practices across the SharePoint environment.
Support Organizational Excellence- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and end-user training.
- Document business processes, reporting standards, and data definitions.
- Help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring: Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience administering SharePoint sites and company intranets, including permissions, content management, navigation, and site governance.
- Three or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, business intelligence, reporting, or related roles.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports in a modern BI platform such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Domo, or Workday Reporting. Power BI experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for validating and reviewing existing queries.
- Proven ability to manage projects, gather requirements, and deliver solutions across multiple departments.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
