OverviewThe Shared Services PM is a versatile professional supporting the Shared Services model across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Collections. Acting as a bridge between Sales Operations and Shared Services, this role documents key workflows, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and supports scalability to enable organizational growth. This individual coordinates change management, drives engagement and accountability within Sales Operations, and safeguards the reputation and credibility of Shared Services organization.
Responsibilities- Process Documentation & Optimization
- Map, document, and maintain AP, AR, Billing, and Collections processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Support the implementation of best practices and standardization across Shared Services functions.
- Sales Operations Engagement
- Serve as the main liaison between Shared Services and Sales Operations teams.
- Facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and feedback loops to resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Ensure accountability and smooth adoption of Shared Services procedures within Sales Operations.
- Change Management & Scalability
- Coordinate change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of new processes or technologies.
- Communicate changes clearly, gather input, and address concerns to minimize disruption.
- Assist in scaling Shared Services operations to meet business growth requirements.
- Credibility & Reputation Management
- Safeguard the integrity of Shared Services processes and outputs.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address service issues.
- Represent Shared Services professionally in cross-team engagements and customer interactions.
