ServiceNow Technical Trainer, you will make an impact by developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that strengthen ServiceNow capabilities across our organization and client teams. You will be a valued member of the Academy for ServiceNow team and work collaboratively with Global Training, ServiceNow subject matter experts, delivery teams, and business leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and enable successful ServiceNow implementations.
In this role, you will:- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and role-based ServiceNow training programs for internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve learning content, including training materials, hands-on labs, job aids, exercises, and certification preparation resources.
- Partner with the Global Training team to support regional learning strategies aligned with business priorities and ServiceNow capability goals.
- Mentor and enable trainers, consultants, and team members to drive consistent and high-quality learning experiences.
- Assess learner progress, provide coaching and feedback, and support readiness for ServiceNow certifications and project assignments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery teams to ensure training content reflects current platform capabilities, best practices, and market trends.
- Promote knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to thought leadership, training innovation, and capability development programs.
- Track certification readiness and support ongoing learning initiatives across Services, Sales, and Digital teams.

What you need to have to be considered- 5+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, training, or enablement programs.
- Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training sessions in a corporate, consulting, or technology environment.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in at least two ServiceNow product areas.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Experience developing training materials, learning content, and certification preparation resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
These will help you stand out- Experience serving as a certified trainer or leading large-scale client-facing training initiatives.
- Experience designing learning programs, curricula, and technical enablement strategies.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning management systems.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow certification readiness and compliance initiatives.
- Ability to create thought leadership content, present at industry events, and contribute to knowledge-sharing programs.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and supporting enterprise learning organizations.
Salary and Other Compensation:Applicants will be accepted till 9/03/2026
The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $108,000 - $125,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
