Job Summary
The ServiceNow ITOM Lead will lead the implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Model N Power by Flex solutions within the DSaas L2R Model N skill cluster. The role requires strong Model N domain and technical expertise, with experience across both Commercial and Regulatory modules. The successful candidate will collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex application issues, ensure quality and compliance with development standards, and provide technical guidance to team members. Experience with product migration is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Model N Power by Flex modules.
• Work extensively with Model N Power by Flex to deliver high-quality solutions within the DSaas L2R Model N framework.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned tasks within the DSaas L2R Model N framework.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Participate in the design, development, deployment, and optimization of Model N solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Model N applications.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation of Model N solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and development documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to established quality standards and software development best practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable industry standards and development practices.
• Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and risks effectively to stakeholders and management.
• Support unit, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with the latest Model N Power by Flex features, updates, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
• Strong Model N domain and technical expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Model N Power by Flex.
• Experience working with both Commercial and Regulatory modules.
• Experience implementing and configuring Model N solutions.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Model N application issues.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with software development, testing, code reviews, and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders and management.
