ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and integrations, with the ability to lead architecture, technical teams, and platform best practices.
Required Skills- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 5+ years in ITOM.
- Hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and ITOM Visibility.
- Strong experience with MID Server, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of CSDM, CMDB governance, and platform performance optimization.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform administration.
- Knowledge of cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Discovery/ITOM) preferred.
Responsibilities- Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Design scalable integrations with enterprise systems and monitoring tools.
- Ensure CMDB health, data quality, and platform performance.
- Lead Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management implementations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support platform upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.
- Mentor developers and establish ServiceNow best practices.
- Drive solution design, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
