Siebel Architect

Location: Chicago, US

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Siebel Architect with a strong software development background to lead technical strategy and design. The ideal candidate will architect, design, and oversee end-to-end implementation and performance tuning of complex Siebel CRM environments, driving database migration initiatives, particularly from IBM DB2 to Oracle Database.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design robust, scalable Siebel technical solutions using Open UI, Workflows, EAI, and eScript.
  • Serve as the primary Application Optimizer, analyzing architecture bottlenecks, SQL execution, and system memory to maximize uptime and performance.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical designs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead integration initiatives between Siebel and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and optimize system performance through effective troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, risk officers, and engineering teams to transform complex needs into scalable solutions.
  • Define technical roadmaps and establish best coding standards for effective application development.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong experience in Siebel CRM architecture and design.
  • Hands-on experience with database migration, specifically from IBM DB2 to Oracle Database.
  • Proficiency in Open UI, Workflows, EAI, and eScript.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Siebel environments.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with lending platforms and banking domain knowledge.
