Role Overview:

This client-facing Integration Lead role focuses on managing the design and delivery of integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure the implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design and delivery of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange.
  • Develop and maintain integrations utilizing various protocols such as REST, SOAP, LDAP, and JDBC.
  • Contribute to technical design decisions, code quality practices, reusable patterns, peer reviews, and delivery standards across development teams.
  • Support production applications, including release readiness, troubleshooting, monitoring, regression validation, and collaboration with quality assurance or operations teams.

Required Skills:
  • ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
  • Experience with development and maintenance of integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC
  • Integration architecture and design
  • Authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, JWT)

  • Experience developing maintainable platform logic, workflow automation, data structures, and integrations connecting ServiceNow with upstream and downstream enterprise applications.
  • 2+ years of telecommunications, cable, broadband, or similar operational technology experience, with working knowledge of commercial services (added advantage).
  • Experience contributing to technical design decisions, code quality practices, reusable patterns, peer reviews, and delivery standards.
  • Experience supporting production applications, including release readiness, troubleshooting, monitoring, regression validation, and collaboration with quality assurance or operations teams.
