Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM, CSM, and SPM processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in integrations, cloud environments, and workflow automation. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a managed services or enterprise IT environment to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop ServiceNow solutions supporting ITSM, CSM, and SPM processes
  2. Integrate cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) with ITSM workflows
  3. Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and JavaScript
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications and workflows
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in managed services or enterprise IT environments
