Job SummaryThe ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM, CSM, and SPM processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in integrations, cloud environments, and workflow automation. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a managed services or enterprise IT environment to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions supporting ITSM, CSM, and SPM processes
- Integrate cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) with ITSM workflows
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and JavaScript
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in managed services or enterprise IT environments
- Support CMDB, ITOM, and Service Catalog modules as needed
Required Qualifications- 5-6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience with ITSM, CSM, and SPM; exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog
- Hands-on expertise with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) and their integration with ITSM workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional env ironments
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in managed services or enterprise IT environments
- Background in workflow automation and advanced ServiceNow modules
Certifications- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
