Full Job Description
This role is a hands-on ServiceNow Administrator position focused on supporting day-to-day platform operations. The environment includes ITSM, GRC, SPM, ITOM, and integrations, with some support already in place for HAM/SAM. This is not a deep specialist role in any one module. The focus is on working across the platform and supporting ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow, including catalog items, workflows/flows, forms, and basic scripting
  • Support ITSM processes such as requests, incidents, and related operational workflows
  • Work across ServiceNow modules as needed
  • Identify manual or inconsistent processes and convert them into structured, repeatable solutions within ServiceNow
  • Own day-to-day platform administration, including updates, changes, and general upkeep
  • Work directly with business partners to translate needs into practical solutions within the platform

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow (catalog items, workflows/flows, forms, basic scripting)
  • Ability to support ITSM processes (requests, incidents) and related operational workflows
  • Comfortable working across modules rather than being limited to one area
  • Ability to improve or standardize inconsistent or manual processes
