Audi Van NuysNow Hiring Service Technician
- Pay: $36.84 to $45.00 per flat-rate hour.
- Production Bonuses Available: Technicians have the opportunity to increase their earnings through production-based bonus programs.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday- One Saturday shift every 3 weeks
What You'll Do- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
- Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
- Ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.
- Complete all required training.
- Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.
- Participate in and use technical training as assigned by management.
- Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs.
- Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of experience
- Diagnostic, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with European, luxury, or highline brands.
- Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment and repair information systems
- ASE Certifications.
- Audi or Volkswagen experience.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe range for this position is $36.84 to $45.00 per flat rate hour. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
