  • Entry level Service Advisors can expect approx. $70,000 to $90,000 annually based on performance
  • Experienced Service Advisors can expect approx. $90,000 to $120,000 annually based on performance

Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a private, franchise, or dealership setting
  • A team player who prioritizes customer experience and satisfaction
  • Process driven, detail-oriented with strong accountability and a sense of urgency
  • Solid automotive service knowledge (technician background is a plus)
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence


What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
  • Write accurate, profitable, and complete repair orders based on both customer needs and technician recommendations
  • Present inspection results with confidence to close work, build value, and maximize customer pay
  • Drive strong customer pay labor per RO and gross performance
  • Control timelines, approvals, and expectations
  • Maintain exceptional CSI, retention, and revenue metrics
  • Execute warranty and service processes with zero excuses

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $70,000 to $120,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
