Position Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project/Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Coordinate and manage project activities, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, executive presentations, and governance materials.
Facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Track project financials, action items, and key performance metrics.
Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and perform data analysis/reporting using Excel.
Drive accountability across multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Identify and mitigate project risks while managing changing priorities and evolving requirements.
Provide structure and clarity in ambiguous situations and support strategic decision-making.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Proven experience in project management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, adapt quickly to change, and manage competing priorities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership stakeholders
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 $154,800.00.
