Job Description Summary:

This role is designed to lead and empower a high-performing technical delivery team while driving the end-to-end execution of complex interface projects. By managing key operational dashboards, cross-functional relationships, and vendor governance, the position ensures complete transparency, proactive risk mitigation, and swift resolution of client escalations. Ultimately, it optimizes team productivity and elevates delivery standards through resource stewardship and the strategic integration of AI and automation workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership, Motivation & Resource Management: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing technical delivery team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth in alignment with the core pillars of "How We Roll".
  • Interface Project Oversight: Lead complex interface initiatives, ensuring project milestones are met on time and to specification. Identify opportunities to improve interface processes and internal tooling to enhance technical efficiency.
  • Proactive Operational Management: Implement and manage operational dashboards to track KPIs. Proactively identify potential risks, address bottlenecks, and provide timely escalation and visibility to leadership regarding project statuses to avoid uncommunicated deadlocks.
  • Escalation & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for complex client escalations. Coordinate swift issue resolution by working effectively with cross-functional teams, including Cloud, Engineering, Project Management, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Training teams. Ensure accountability by proactively escalating stalled projects and maintaining rigorous audit standards for third-party delivery timelines and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the organization to align departmental goals with broader business objectives.
  • Vendor Governance: Actively audit and hold third-party partners accountable to clear delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • AI & Automation Leadership: Champion the strategic adoption of AI and automation tools across the team. Identify high-impact, repetitive workflows suitable for automation and lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions to streamline delivery, reduce manual toil, and optimize team productivity.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical leadership experience required.
  • People Leadership: 3+ years of direct supervisory experience leading and mentoring technical delivery teams of 5 or more individual contributors (engineers, analysts, or integration specialists).
  • Technical Delivery: 5+ years of overall experience leading complex integration, interface, or technical service initiatives from inception to rollout.
  • Healthcare & Enterprise Standards (if applicable): Proficiency in HL7 (V2/V3), FHIR, CDA, or industry-specific data interchange protocols.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge: Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines to oversee cross-functional cloud issues.
  • Preferred Qualifications: PMP, HL7, FHIR, Change Management, Healthcare Leadership
