Salary: $125,689.26 - $170,049.54 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Oversee the daily delivery of clinical imaging services by managed service providers to ensure maximum system availability and minimal disruption to clinical teams.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical service incidents and root cause analyses to safeguard patient imaging workflows.
  • Audit provider performance against contractual service level agreements to drive continuous vendor accountability and financial alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional IT and vendor teams to streamline application capacity planning, system upgrades, and risk management protocols.
  • Manage operational budgets and validate vendor invoicing to ensure high-quality imaging technology delivery aligned with organizational goals.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
    degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
