Full Job Description
Eaton's Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is currently seeking Service Contracts Product Manager to join our team. This position will be a hybrid office (3x2) role as long as you live within 50 miles of our Raleigh, NC facility. Relocation benefits will be provided within the United States only.
Eaton's Critical Power Solutions Division designs, manufactures, and services Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, batteries and Data Center Power Distribution (DCPD) products to ensure power reliability in the most demanding applications. Our technicians deliver mission-critical solutions to our customers' most challenging energy management requirements.

As a Product Manager you are responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical initiatives to increase the growth and profitability of the CPS startup & service contracts portfolio in the U.S. The scope of contracts covers 3-phase UPS equipment, data center power distribution products and MVSST.

Be a part of the team responsible for ensuring our critical infrastructure such as data centers, enterprise & industrial sites remain functional in the face of whatever power quality issues they face. Our growing team is expanding our product portfolio with next-generation technologies, and we need people with a passion to ensure that they make what matters to our customers work without question.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
• Support annual profit planning and strategic planning activities, including portfolio roadmap, price attainment and execution of growth programs.
• Drive go-to-market strategies to position Eaton to win based on knowledge of offering, market, customers, pricing and competition, including curating incentive programs and supporting business reviews.
• Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) inputs to drive new product offerings and market programs.
• Manage monthly forecasting for portfolio and support measuring and tracking Service sales leads for contracts.
• Execute new solution launches to the market, working cross functionally to launch solution, developing/maintaining/updating literature, creating presentations and competitive comparisons, and providing training and promotions for new offering to sales.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service operations team to address customer issues/needs and drive seamless delivery of Services for customers.
• Work collaboratively with Services Global Product Line (GPL), sharing best practices, market and portfolio updates and working to provide standard services to global customers where applicable.
• Create & deliver content for operational reviews, product line reviews, staff meetings, sales meetings, customer visits, profit and strategic plans, etc.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience, technical marketing, strategic planning, product management, and/or engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering leadership / project management / product marketing / or business development required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA in Marketing from an accredited institution.
