Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment.
• CDK experience required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for service customers, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
• Schedule service appointments and prepare detailed repair orders.
• Clearly communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Support the achievement of departmental sales, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and overall customer satisfaction goals.
