Senior Vice President, Product Management

We're seeking a future team member for the role of SeniorVice President, Product Management to join our Managed Accounts Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA or New York, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead product management, development and strategy for significantly large and/or complex products of strategic importance.
  • Analyze complex client requirements and develop solutions that may include more than one product.
  • Craft strategies behind product development and delivery, including pricing, promotion, distribution strategies and competitive differentiators.
  • Ensure Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and other team concerns are addressed during product development, enhancement, delivery, strategy and planning processes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree, MBA, CFA, Product Leadership Certification, or applicable local/regional licenses or certifications preferred.
  • 10-12 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Product Management, operations, or client management preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile best practices.
  • Financial Services experience specifically managed accounts.
  • Experience using Eagle accounting system.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
