Position Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Product Owner, to join the Loans Enablement Platform. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Role Impact: In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key capabilities within the Loans Modernization Group. Drive modernization of the loans platform by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve scalability, enhance resiliency, and deliver better outcomes for internal users and clients.

Product Development & Prioritization: Lead execution from discovery through delivery of strategic modernization initiatives. Prioritize features, enhancements, and platform investments based on business value, user needs, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and technical feasibility. Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned to business and platform objectives.

Lead and Partner: Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Business, Risk, and Control stakeholders to define product requirements, align priorities, and drive execution. Serve as the key decision-maker for product scope, sequencing, and trade-offs across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Establish Key Performance Indicators: Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics tied to modernization outcomes, adoption, efficiency gains, stability, and user experience. Use data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to continuously improve product performance and maximize business value.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.


  • Experience requirement: 10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, platform transformation, or business/technology modernization within financial services or a similarly complex environment.


  • Experience requirement: Strong knowledge of loan servicing, lending operations, loan lifecycle processes, or adjacent banking platform capabilities.


  • Experience requirement: Proven track record of leading cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through execution, including backlog ownership, prioritization, and agile delivery.


  • Experience requirement: Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into product roadmaps, epics, features, and measurable business outcomes.


  • Experience requirement: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience using data and stakeholder insights to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.


  • People Leadership requirement (if applicable): Ability to lead through influence across matrixed teams, develop strong partnerships, coach team members where relevant, and align senior stakeholders around shared product objectives and delivery outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise platform modernization or legacy transformation programs.


  • Familiarity with agile product operating models and modern software delivery practices.


  • Experience working across business, operations, and engineering teams in highly regulated environments.


  • Knowledge of process reengineering, workflow digitization, and automation strategies.


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
