Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field required.
• Graduate Degree (e.g., MBA or technical Master's) preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven success leading multi-site operations and directing customer engagement.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and cost control expertise.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Effective communicator and influencer with a track record in stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate and align within a matrixed organization.
• Frequent travel between U.S. manufacturing sites (30-40%) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans for U.S. manufacturing sites aligned with SBU goals.
• Oversee financial performance of U.S. Specialty Components sites including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead capital investment strategies to support operational needs and future customer programs.
• Standardize operational processes, KPIs, and reporting for efficiency and scalability across sites.
• Collaborate with the President to implement operational improvements and growth strategies.
• Support Site Plant Managers in enhancing performance metrics across various domains.
• Optimize labor, equipment use, and capacity to meet customer demand and foster growth.
• Implement cost control measures to align expenditures and drive operational synergies.
• Work closely with Sales and Program Management teams for customer onboarding and expectations fulfillment.
• Act as an operational representative in customer engagements and audits for transparency and trust.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and cost effectiveness across U.S. sites.
• Promote a safety and improvement-focused culture adhering to all relevant regulations.
• Champion workforce development and succession planning alongside HR.
