You will support the implementation and continuous improvement of the risk management framework across Real Assets and Real Estate, partnering closely with investment, asset management and functional teams. The role involves advising on transactions, new products and strategic initiatives to ensure risks are identified, assessed and appropriately managed. You will contribute to risk reporting, incident management and control assessments, including deep dive reviews of control effectiveness. You will also support risk governance processes such as risk and control self-assessments, service provider reviews and regulatory or internal compliance activities. This role is based in-office with expectations aligned to team and business needs in the Americas region.

Salary range for this position: $194,400 - $260,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
