We are seeking a strategic, AI-savvy Senior UX Designer who thrives as an end-to-end problem solver. You will partner directly with Product Management and Engineering to convert customer needs and highly complex technical requirements into intuitive, accessible user journeys. Beyond designing scalable solutions and evolving our design system, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring team members and championing ethical, human-centered AI experiences across our composable enterprise platform.
What You'll Do- Lead Product Experience: Drive end-to-end UX for highly complex products, transforming intricate business requirements and workflows into seamless design frameworks.
- Execute User Discovery: Conduct extensive user research, discovery sessions, interviews, collaborative workshops, and usability testing to build data-driven design decisions.
- Deliver Design Assets: Create and deliver high-quality user flows, architectural wireframes, and interactive, high-fidelity prototypes.
- Evolve Design Systems: Manage, expand, and govern the centralized design system to ensure long-term scalability, consistency, and absolute product accessibility.
- Optimize via Insights: Drive core product design decisions utilizing an effective mix of qualitative user feedback and quantitative product analytics.
- Integrate Modern AI Tools: Embed advanced AI tools into everyday design processes to accelerate research, execution, and iterative prototyping workflows.
- Advocate & Mentor: Champion ethical, human-centered AI design experiences that balance automation with trust and transparency. Mentor internal design team members to elevate shared organizational practices.
What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills- UX Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in UX/Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise SaaS systems thinking and clear end-to-end problem-solving.
- Tooling Mastery: Proficient in Figma, Claude Design, and modern rapid prototyping software.
- Core Competencies: Advanced expertise in interaction design, information architecture (IA), accessibility standards, and usability methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Solid track record working within cross-functional Agile environments, with a proven capability to guide, collaborate with, and influence product and engineering stakeholders without direct authority.
- Portfolio Execution: A required design portfolio highlighting explicit individual contributions, cross-functional collaboration, measurable outcomes, and examples of AI-assisted or complex data workflows.
Good-to-Have Skills- AI Design Pattern Familiarity: Deep understanding of emerging AI interaction patterns, specifically balancing automation with user transparency, human oversight, and platform trust.
- Workflow Optimization: Direct experience incorporating AI-powered tooling into personal design or product iteration cycles.
- Technical Workflow Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end development concepts and automated design-to-development handover workflows.
