Job SummaryUpgrades Senior Project Manager Join Tetra Pak and play a key role in delivering innovative upgrades that help our customers optimize performance and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Upgrades Senior Project Manager to lead complex system upgrade projects across the U.S. and Canada.
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the successful execution of upgrades projects, from developing customer quotations and project plans to managing scope, budget, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for project success, building strong partnerships with customers and internal teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Success in this role requires a collaborative, cross-functional mindset and the ability to navigate technical and operational complexities while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. This position can be based in Winsted, MN; Vernon Hills, IL; or Denton, TX, and requires travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time.

What you will doAs a Upgrades Senior Project Manager, you will: Lead scope definition and break down, planning and controlling of the project's budget and result.
Lead and manage any Issue Resolution claims relating to Upgrades projects.
Lead identification and managing of project scope changes.
Lead identification, planning and controlling of project risks and opportunities.
Lead stakeholder management including communication and reporting on project progress and KPI's to stakeholders, internally as well as externally.
Lead use of global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates.
Create and lead the project organization, define roles and responsibilities, and coordinate the project team to facilitate cooperation and team efficiency.
Participate in the development of competence and capability of the project team.
Participate in continuous improvement activities, share best practices and lessons learned.
Produce quotations and proposals for customer alongside the key account team.
We believe you haveAt least 7 years in combined Process Engineering and Project Management experience.
At least 2 years' experience as a Project Manager for Upgrades projects.
Demonstrable leadership skills and communication skills.
Negotiations skills and capability to work across boundaries.
You should show capability in driving and delivering results.
Food & Beverage Industry experience is required.
Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project; SAP; Basic AutoCad Skills.
Desire for PMP Certification, and process started for PMP Certification.
Experience with budgeting, fiscal management, quotations, proposals and project planning.
Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Pay Equity Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $103,800.00 USD - $148,100.00 USD
Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS
