About the role:

We are a small, client-focused law firm seeking an experienced Senior Trusts & Estates Attorney to join our team. This is an opportunity for an accomplished practitioner to take on a leadership role - managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and helping shape the future direction of our trusts and estates practice. This position is partnership track for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:
• Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related matters
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on complex and sensitive matters
• Supervise, mentor, and support the professional development of associates and support staff
• Exercise sound judgment on when to escalate, consult, or bring in outside expertise
• Collaborate with firm leadership on practice development and business growth
