Full Job Description
A career as a Senior Transformation Advisor in the Technology and Operations - Commercial Banking sector at National Bank, in the Cash Management team, means acting as a catalyst for change by putting human, technological and organizational drivers into action as required for the success of large-scale transformations.

You play a strategic role in evolving business processes, acting across sectors to improve the client and employee experience from end to end. Navigating complex environments and having a positive influence to mobilize key players around a shared vision will help you make a key contribution to the success of transformation projects.

Analytical skills, discipline, ability to drive a structuring and high-impact transformation and motivating leadership are key assets to succeed in this mission.

Your job

  • Drive the transformation strategy: Define key orientations, clarify the business vision and catalyze action around shared objectives
  • Orchestrate the execution of the strategy: Transform strategic ambitions into concrete, measurable and sustainable results
  • Optimize the client and employee experience: Rethink paths and processes to generate value.
  • Oversee transformation governance: Prioritize, structure and monitor high-impact initiatives with rigor and agility
  • Resolve ambiguity clearly: Diagnose complex issues, make the right findings and activate drivers for change

In the Technology and Operations sector for commercial banking, Cash Management, you are part of a large team of 35 colleagues and report to the Business Process Owner (BPO) -Cash Management. Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience or other diploma and several years of proven experience in business analysis, change management, continuous improvement and/or transformation of high-impact processes
  • Ability to diagnose dysfunctional processes, identify drivers for improvement and make clear and relevant recommendations
  • Ability to evolve smoothly in complex, ambiguous and constantly changing environments, recognized influential leadership, with the ability to engage senior management around a strategic vision
  • Knowledge of the banking and operations sector, an important asset
  • Proficiency in Lean, six Sigma or equivalent approaches
  • Expertise in leading collaborative workshops, ideation techniques and design thinking approaches
  • Excellent ability to create alignment, build bridges between teams and maintain a "one team" dynamic.
