Full Job Description
ICF is actively recruiting for a Senior Technical Specialist, Cloud to join our corporate team. This role will support configuration management with Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Security CoPilot, Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Intune including Autopilot. The successful candidate will be involved with asset acquisition, request fulfillment, image creation, enrollment profile, deployment, software distribution, patching, compliance tracking and implementing security features.

This position will be located in Reston, Virginia or remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Intune assist with move from Configuration Manager to Intune.
  • Security Copilot develop workflows for Intune and Entra.
  • Analyze computing resources deployment methodology and leverage tools to automate processes.
  • Manage computer image creation and deployment across an enterprise environment, including remote locations.
  • Streamline service request fulfillment process related to new computer deployments and reimages.
  • Assist with application packaging and distribution.
  • Assist with regularly scheduled updates and security patching.
  • Manage desired configuration states and exceptions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration incidents and problems.
  • Maintain on-premises and cloud-based configuration management environment on a global scale.
  • Managing and deploying Microsoft Defender for endpoint.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the technical field or in a related area
  • Position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience with Systems Center Configuration Manager
  • Patch my PC
  • Scripting with PowerShell and MS Graph
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and DHCP

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$130,687.00 - $222,169.00
