- Experience delivering solutions in a highly complex, changing, and nebulous environment.
- Lead the execution of complex, high-impact cross-Search security projects, often with geographically disparate teams, ensuring timely delivery and measurable improvements to Search's security posture.
Responsibilities - Be the trusted program owner for critical AI Security efforts for Search. Drive clarity and strategic decisions with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide clear communication and visibility on progress, dependencies, and risks to engineering teams and leadership.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security leadership to define, shape, and evolve the long-term AI Security roadmap and strategy for Search.
- Apply deep technical, business, and program management expertise to identify, assess, track, and mitigate security risks across Search AI products and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with teams across Google including Legal, Trust & Safety, Engineering, and PM to drive alignment and land impactful changes for the organization's security needs
- Lead the execution of complex, high-impact cross-Search security projects, often with geographically disparate teams, ensuring timely delivery and measurable improvements to Search's security posture.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
