As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

This role leads the Enterprise AI Security and Authorization layer transformation within the Office of Cybersecurity Resilience (OCR) PMO.

In this critical role, you will partner closely with the Enterprise Security and Access Security Engineering team in the Office of Cybersecurity Resilience (OCR). You will drive Google's company-wide authorization layer transformation to secure emerging agentic AI workflows and core infrastructure, and you will manage status quo disruption across Cloud, DeepMind and Core Engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Define, own, and drive the multi-year strategic goal and roadmap for critical security programs, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives, anticipating emerging threats, and influencing executive leadership on security priorities.
  • Lead a high-performing team of senior security Technical Program Managers (TPMs), fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability while providing mentorship.
  • Act as the primary security liaison for executive leadership across engineering, product, and cross-functional partners, driving consensus and navigating complex organizational dynamics to execute large-scale, cross-functional security initiatives.
  • Oversee the identification and mitigation of complex security risks across multiple domains, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and compliant solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex security programs from inception to completion, establishing metrics for success, communicating status to stakeholders, and managing escalations effectively.
