About the job

A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The Applied AI Technical Program Management (TPgM) team is a high-execution group delivering agent-based solutions for Google's Enterprise customers. We seek leaders with AI expertise and a passion for driving high-velocity impact.

In this role, you will lead large-scale programs and manage the critical infrastructure capacity required for their success. You will design and operationalize the process to curate, prioritize, and submit capacity requests for Applied AI (AAI) products, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to secure resources.

Additionally, you will serve as the primary lead for the building process and cadence for capacity planning across the product while acting as a liaison with Vertex for provisioning. You must balance strategic goals with the ability to dive into technical details, ensuring resource constraints do not hinder program velocity. Ultimately, you will be a key leader in delivering a generative AI ecosystem to our customers.

The Cloud Applied AI (AAI) powers business growth with Gemini Enterprise. Our portfolio includes Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (Shopping Agent, CX Agent Studio, Agent Assist, Vertex AI Search - Commerce, Customer Experience Insights), along with other vertical and domain packaged solutions. We enable high adoption and speed to value by building solutions that are quickly deployed, delivering new 0-to-1 capabilities with startup agility. Team members operate at the forefront of AI, collaborating directly with model builders with unprecedented speed. Join us to work on cutting-edge projects and shape the future of AI in a fast-paced, collaborative, and impactful environment.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
