Full Job Description
The Senior Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Item is a crucial role within the Technology team, responsible for overseeing or driving the planning, execution, and coordination of medium to large programs involving multiple teams. This role supports the full lifecycle from discovery through delivery, monitors progress, reports to stakeholders, and contributes to the development and implementation of program management and agile best practices.

A day in the life as a Senior Technical Program Manager...

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Item initiatives, including the implementation of a Product Information Management system and syndication of item data across the enterprise
  • Partner closely with product management, engineering, and Merchandising leadership from discovery through delivery and execution
  • Lead executive-level forums to facilitate critical decision-making, applying an enterprise mindset to navigate complex program trade-offs and ensure strategic alignment across the organization
  • Monitor overall program progress, manage interdependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and provide comprehensive status reports to stakeholders, including leadership
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program management and agile best practices across the organization
  • Lead large cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Mentor other program managers or agile practitioners within the organization
  • Facilitate complex planning sessions and problem-solving workshops
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program execution and agile practices
