- Experience managing advanced manufacturing and data center design.
- Experience with data center specific or equivalent equipment/environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, building controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems, and a working understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, with an understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.

As a Technical Program Manager, Advanced Manufacturing and Data Center Design, you have experience in the area of complex, multi-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed advanced manufacturing and data center design, development, construction and commissioning projects. You will provide project management of large-scale advanced manufacturing, data centers, networking, AC power distribution/conversion and cooling methods at multiple scales. You will manage complex schedules, budgets, and broad inter-dependencies. You will have extensive experience managing large-scale technical projects in a changing industry, being able to tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem solving leadership with limited oversight.
This role would be covering the US-Midwest region.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities - Manage advanced manufacturing and data center design projects from detailed design through construction administration and finally closeout and handover to operations.
- Be responsible for gathering internal requirements, generating potential options, presenting to the leadership team, and delivering design solutions that satisfy customers needs.
- Create and manage strategies for the execution of designs that leverage a standard baseline plan of record.
- Overcome critical challenges while maintaining adherence to project timelines, quality and costs, and managing a cross functional set of stakeholders.
- Be responsible for managing strategy for projects that require deviation from the baseline design due to environmental, code or other aspects that require localization.
