The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end delivery of global network infrastructure programs, including long-haul fiber, metro networks, and leased capacity, ensuring milestones are met from concept through deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partner teams to understand technical dependencies, resolve constraints, and align capacity forecasting with infrastructure deployment timelines.
- Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and technical trade-offs clearly to both engineering teams and leadership stakeholders.
- Translate complex, ambiguous strategic initiatives into well-defined technical requirements, actionable roadmaps, and clear execution plans.
- Drive process improvements and scalability enhancements within network deployment workflows to optimize efficiency and accelerate capacity delivery.
