The Enterprise Data & AI team is a strategic and operational driver of growth for lululemon, owning and building the data and AI platforms and products that enable the enterprise to operate with intelligence at scale. The team leads the design and delivery of a trusted unified data foundation, advanced analytics capabilities, and AI solutions across lululemon's vertically integrated retail ecosystem, embedding strong data governance and responsible AI practices from the very beginning. By applying AI to critical business challenges and creating new, transformative AI solutions, the team helps reshape how lululemon operates. Through deep partnership with product, technology, and business teams, Enterprise Data & AI accelerates product innovation, unlocks measurable value, elevates guest and educator experiences, and drives enterprise efficiency.

A critical function of the Enterprise Data & AI team is Data and AI Governance. This function ensures that data and AI used across lululemon is trustworthy and meets organizational standards while achieving the lululemon vision and mission. The Data and AI Governance team is accountable for developing and maintaining the inventory of data and AI assets, creating and implementing standards and collaborating with product, technology and business teams to continually improve data and AI to enable the current and future business strategy.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex technical delivery by coordinating across multiple engineering teams and technical domains, establishing clear program structure and delivery frameworks, and driving outcomes that deliver business value while managing complexity and risk. You demonstrate advanced technical acumen with deep understanding of solution design and system architecture across multiple components and services, allowing you to anticipate architectural impacts, guide technical trade-offs, and drive informed program decisions.

Select responsibilities include:
  • Design and maintain integrated program plans for highly technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams, platforms, and services with comprehensive technical sequencing and dependency management
  • Define program problem statements where requirements are incomplete or ambiguous, partnering with technical teams to frame solution value, constraints, and trade-offs
  • Identify, document, and actively manage technical risk including architectural dependencies, data complexity, platform constraints, and technical debt
  • Act as translator between architects, engineers, product leaders, and executives to define and align on problem statements, constraints, and trade-offs
  • Drive program execution through governance frameworks with clear ownership, decision authorities, and escalation paths ensuring alignment to architectural guardrails
qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience; PMP or program management certification strongly preferred
  • 6-10 years of technical delivery management, software engineering, program management, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience developing solid understanding of how multiple systems, services, and data flows interact; demonstrated ability to identify cross-program technical risks and integration challenges
  • Experience defining and delivering integrated technical program plans across engineering organizations with extensive cross-platform dependencies and comprehensive sequencing
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze technical complexity at scale, map enterprise dependencies, and assess delivery feasibility across engineering organizations with architects
  • Experience defining and delivering technical requirements that support the development, deployment and management of a suite of generative AI capabilities within a complex organization

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$132,600 - $174,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
