Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years experiencing in integration projects related to power control and monitoring systems.
• 5+ years of knowledge in electric power system control and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills for verbal, written, and presentations.
• Skills in stakeholder management and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management best practices in technical settings.
• ISO27001 Fundamentals and IEC 62443 Fundamentals certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution to deliver customer solutions.
• Coordinate project teams and manage onboarding and project requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progression and provide status updates regarding issues.
• Lead significant project milestones including FAT, SAT, and handover activities.
• Ensure alignment of cybersecurity measures with delivery standards.
• Mentor fellow Technical Leads, promoting knowledge sharing and development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in products and project delivery.
