Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Master's Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Proficiency with REVIT and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Newforma, Deltek Vision, SketchUp, and InDesign is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and detailing skills.
• Detailed knowledge of regulatory building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead designs to specify appropriate architectural requirements.
• Oversee projects through all phases, from concept to documentation.
• Investigate and recommend effective design solutions.
• Ensure accuracy in plans, specifications, and materials approvals.
• Conduct site investigations and observations to inform design.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings.
• Manage or coordinate a team of architects and other professionals.
