Full Job Description
Senior Technical Advisor to support our U.S. Department of Energy and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN) contract. Positions will be based in the Washington, D.C area.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Support leadership by providing expert technical guidance, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Lead and oversee the development, evaluation, and implementation of advanced technical strategies.
  • Review, assess, and advise on emerging technologies, industry standards and best practices to ensure organizational readiness and agility.
  • Mentor HQ and field personnel, fostering knowledge transfer and workforce development.
  • When directed, serve as the principal technical liaison to government, industry, and academic partners, representing the organization in high level forums and engagements.
  • With Government oversight, provide support for strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making processes requiring deep technical expertise.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret
  • Advanced degree (Masters is acceptable, PhD preferred) in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess a minimum of twenty (20) years of progressively responsible experience in a specific technical field as required by leadership (e.g. critical infrastructure, nuclear weapons engineering, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, etc).
  • The Senior Technical Advisor serves as a subject matter expert, providing high level technical guidance, strategic direction, and advisory support in their specialized field.
  • Proven leadership, and the ability to influence decision making at the senior executive and stakeholder levels.
  • Ensure that complex technical challenges are addressed with innovative, effective, and sustainable solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Recognized subject matter expert within a given field, with a demonstrated record of technical excellence and leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence, advise, and brief senior executives, government officials and external stakeholders.

$200k-235k
