Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join Nielsen's Talent Acquisition team in a full-time remote role. This person will lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of corporate roles and levels, including leadership and individual contributor hiring. While the role may support select executive searches, the primary focus is broader corporate recruiting.

As a trusted advisor to the business, this role helps leaders define talent needs, uses data and market insights to shape hiring strategies, and drives strong search execution across multiple priorities. The role requires deep recruiting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while supporting colleagues as needed.

The ideal candidate brings agency recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management, and proven success recruiting for Global Strategic Account Management and other corporate roles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate roles, including leadership and individual contributor positions, with a focus on commercial and Global Strategic Account Management roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on role requirements, set expectations, and share market insights.
  • Use data, talent market trends, and strategic hiring plans to influence leaders and support hiring decisions.
  • Manage multiple searches with strong communication, follow-through, and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and execute effective search strategies using the right sourcing methods, tools, and recruiting techniques.
  • Assess candidates for skills, experience, and overall fit, and guide them through the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and workflow management within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Solve complex recruiting challenges, lead smaller projects, and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.


Qualifications
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, primarily from the agency side of talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and how the function works across related teams.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, use sound judgment, and make decisions based on multiple sources of information.
  • Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and build alignment with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead smaller projects and serve as a resource to other team members.
  • Broad understanding of market dynamics, competition, and factors that differentiate Nielsen in the market.
  • Conceptual and practical expertise in talent acquisition, with general knowledge of related areas.
  • Proven success recruiting across multiple levels, including leadership and individual contributor roles.
  • Experience recruiting for Global Strategic Account Management roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and account management skills.
  • Strong search execution experience, including search strategy, recruiting techniques, market mapping, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and judgment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting some executive or senior-level searches.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate-style roles in complex business environments.
  • Media, data, technology, or information services industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
