OverviewThe Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) will serve as a strategic advisor to our Commercial Operations and Marketing leaders, aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, developing innovative hiring strategies, and building talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and consultative talent partner with a proven track record of recruiting top talent across go-to-market functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. They bring strong stakeholder management skills, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to influence hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders and People Business Partners to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans based on workforce planning and business goals.
- Proactively identify current and future talent needs and recommend creative, effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative guidance, in collaboration with the People Business Partners, on job design, market intelligence, interview strategies, and selection best practices.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition strategy meeting to offer working in close collaboration with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Compensation, People Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to craft competitive and equitable offer packages.
- Support employer branding initiatives by creating a strong, positive image of Werfen in the talent marketplace.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through transparent communication and consistent follow-up.
- Stay current on employment laws, regulations, and market trends that impact recruiting efforts.
- Act as a champion for process optimization by identifying opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and technology utilization.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with primary focus on sales, marketing and customer success roles, preferably within the biotech, medical device, or a related technical industries.
- Strategic mindset with ability to align talent acquisition strategy with business goals.
- Strong experience in sourcing across multiple platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking channels.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize recruiting processes and drive efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
The annual base salary range for this role is currently $110,000 to $160,000. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs. This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
