What You'll BringQualifications & Experience- A minimum of 10 years of progressive recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- A natural aptitude for sales and relationship-building, with a strong understanding of the characteristics that define top-performing sales professionals.
- Experience recruiting for both sales and software development roles, including a solid understanding of modern software development principles, technologies, and frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and headhunting, with a track record of identifying and hiring senior-level and hard-to-find talent.
- A well-established professional network and strong presence within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) talent market.
- Consistent success in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and attracting top-tier candidates in competitive markets.
