Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in enterprise storage sales support to large IT organizations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security
• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments
• Familiarity with unstructured data applications and next-gen analytics frameworks
• Experience in technical presentations and training delivery

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with evaluations, benchmarks, configurations, and installations
• Collaborate with R&D to define product requirements and usability
• Contribute to the creation of sales strategies and own technical responsibilities
• Demonstrate leadership in storage technologies and competitive offerings
• Create architecture 'blueprints' for sales solutions
• Support the development of system and field engineering teams
• Advise on building and managing a customer support organization
