The Opportunity
The Platform & Enterprise Technology team at Euna Solutions sets the architectural foundation that every product in the portfolio runs on, and this role owns that foundation. As Senior Architect, you will define the standards, patterns, and technical direction for cloud infrastructure, identity, integration, shared services, and the enterprise systems that tie them together, then stay close enough to delivery to make sure those patterns hold. If you want to own the horizontal layer that makes a multi-product software company work at scale, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Own the architecture and technical direction of the shared platform layer, including service boundaries, contracts, and how products consume shared capabilities.
• Govern Euna's technical standards program end-to-end: drafting, reviewing, ratifying, communicating, and keeping standards current across architecture, engineering, and operations.
• Define cloud architecture patterns for multi-account structure, network topology, workload isolation, and resilience, in close partnership with Cloud Operations and SRE.
• Set architectural direction for identity and access management across both product and corporate systems.
• Align architectural decisions with the Security team to meet public sector compliance obligations, including SOC 2, PCI DSS, and GovRAMP.
• Identify high-risk and high-impact work across the estate, make the business case, and define the sequencing for addressing it.
• Advise the AI team and participate in the Architecture Review Board on cross-cutting infrastructure, identity, and integration decisions.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in technology, including 5+ years in architecture or staff-level roles, with a hands-on background in cloud, infrastructure, or IT engineering at production scale.
• Deep experience in cloud architecture at organizational scale: multi-account AWS environments, networking, workload isolation, and shared services, with working fluency in Azure.
• Hands-on proficiency with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure as code, sufficient to stay credible in technical design conversations.
• Strong background in identity and access architecture, including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
• Demonstrated experience owning a technical standards or governance practice that spans teams you do not manage, including gathering practitioner input and keeping published guidance current.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, building consensus among senior technical people and bringing engineers and executives to a decision through clear, concise written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience integrating technology estates following an acquisition.
• Experience with centralized AI capability delivery, including model access patterns, data handling, and technical guardrails.
• FinOps practice experience and familiarity with cloud cost accountability frameworks.
• Public sector or govtech domain experience, or a cloud architecture certification at the professional or expert level (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or comparable).

Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
