JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Architect (CAD) with a strong focus on data architecture to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily centered on designing, implementing, and optimizing IT and data solutions utilizing the Azure data platform (including ADF and Databricks) and Informatica product suite, with a significant emphasis on AI-driven architecture and modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in guiding teams, providing architectural direction, driving solution design initiatives, and translating business needs into scalable, efficient data solutions with well-structured implementation strategies. Key duties include gathering requirements, understanding business needs, assessing current operations and tool usage, identifying efficiencies, and developing roadmaps for consistent and optimal tool utilization, ultimately enhancing customer engagement, streamlining internal processes, and driving business growth through data and AI.

• Design scalable and secure solutions that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of all systems, proactively identify areas for improvement, implementing redundancies and failover mechanisms as necessary.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer service, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and data/AI architecture.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Conduct assessments of the technology stack to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Develop and present reports on system performance, and project progress to stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, actively listen to stakeholders, and develop a clear understanding of business needs.
• Guide teams, provide architectural direction, and drive solution design initiatives.
• Translate requirements into scalable, efficient data solutions and help teams move forward with well-structured implementation strategies.

Required Qualifications
• 8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering Degree).
• Azure (ADF, Databricks).
• Databricks (Python, Pyspark).
• Microsoft AI.
• Designing AI.
• LLM Models.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with chatbot.
