Senior Systems Analyst to lead analytical, technical, and programmatic support for the
Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Training System Program Office (TSPO).
The Senior Systems Analyst will serve as a primary technical advisor and cross-functional liaison on Information Warfare (IW) systems training readiness. In this role, you will lead complex data and systems analysis, author and validate foundational Navy training documentation, including Front-End Analyses and Navy Training System Plans, ensure alignment with OPNAV Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) acquisition mandates, and coordinate afloat exercise integrations. You will also provide mentorship to mid- and junior-level analysts and brief senior military and civilian stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and closeout of IW Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training events, including, but not limited to, generating schedules and briefing materials.
- Maintain familiarity with the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP). Experience with Live, Virtual, Constructive training (LVCt) is highly desirable.
- Experience building training curriculum or conducting training analyses is highly desirable.
- Research and analyze science, engineering, business, and other data-processing problems to develop, recommend, and implement solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
- Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing systems, and review system capabilities, workflows, and schedule limitations. Analyze issues and recommend solutions.
- Transform user requests or requirements into technical design specifications and serve as a liaison between various parties.
- Provide specialized systems analytical support to a Navy acquisition program or possess related/comparable experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
- Work on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of assigned programs and perform all functional duties independently.
- Oversee the efforts of less-senior staff and/or assume responsibility for the efforts of assigned personnel.
Requirements- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Project and the ability to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.
