Mid Systems Analyst to provide analytical, technical, and programmatic support for the
Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Training System Program Office (TSPO).
The Mid Systems Analyst will support Information Warfare (IW) systems training readiness by conducting systems analysis, developing and reviewing system training requirements and tasks, and coordinating afloat training exercises and schedules. In this role, you will support all facets of individual training for Information Warfare systems, assist with Navy acquisition and Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) requirements, and serve as a liaison among technical, programmatic, and training stakeholders. The position requires the ability to analyze complex requirements, recommend solutions, and work both independently and collaboratively in support of NAVWAR TSPO objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities- Research and analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop, recommend, and implement solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
- Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing systems, and review system capabilities, workflows, and schedule limitations. Analyze and recommend solutions.
- Transform user requests or requirements into technical design specifications and serve as a liaison between various parties.
- Provide specialized systems analytical support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
- Work with the NAVWAR Training System Program Office (TSPO) on all facets of individual training for Information Warfare systems.
- Develop and review system training requirements and tasks.
- Support afloat exercise coordination and scheduling.
Requirements- Five (5) years of relevant work experience.
- FEA/NTSP familiarization.
- OPNAV MPT acquisition policy familiarization.
- Shipboard training exercise familiarization.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.
