Position Overview: This position supports the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) Secondary Reparable (SECREP) Management Program as a Supply Technician Senior (Site Lead). This program manages SECREP inventory and strategic logistics analytics in support of MARLOGCOM. In this role, you will serve as the lead contractor at the site, coordinating all site activities, running the SECREP account, and acting as the Government's first point of contact for site performance in support of I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF).

Position Responsibilities:• Serve as the lead contractor at the site; coordinate activities in support of SECREP management program objectives.
• Ensure validation of SECREP management data at the site.
• Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
• Ensure proper asset issue and receipt.
• Execute Government-approved redistribution of assets between sites.
• Provide expert SECREP management advice to the Government customer.
• Develop and provide a weekly status report on the site SECREP account.
• Lead development of briefs, documents, and other site communications.
• Develop monthly and quarterly reports as required.
• Apply knowledge of laws, policies, and regulations to logistics planning and program execution.
Requirements
Position Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a combination of post-high school education and training that meets the total qualification requirements for this position level
• 5+ years of experience managing the day-to-day functional operations of a contractor workforce supporting military Reparable activities
• 5+ years of experience in operational planning and execution of inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing
• 5+ years of experience managing supply and maintenance transactions
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• 5+ years of experience providing technical advice and instruction to personnel
• 3+ years of experience handling fiscal requirements and functions
• Must be able to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for a Common Access Card (CAC)
